What is the RIBA Journal?

RIBA Journal is the official magazine of the Royal Institute of British Architects. It has a circulation in excess of 30,000 and is the most widely-read monthly magazine among architects.* Each copy of RIBA Journal is read by 4 people giving a total readership of over 120,000.

RIBA Journal is published on behalf of the RIBA by Atom Publishing. It's editor, Hugh Pearman, is architecture critic of The Sunday Times and one of the original instigators of the Stirling Prize.

The RIBA Journal is designed for breadth of appeal and relevance across the full range of architectural practices. Each issue contains a unique Practice section, which is ideal for brand advertising plus Building Studies covering a wide variety of projects. The Practice pages give practical advice on financial matters, employment law, employee relations, insurance, marketing and a range of other issues related to running a practice. This section is essential reading for architects and therefore it is the perfect place for your brand to be seen.

RIBA Journal's sales team can help clients plan their campaigns and communicate their messages most effectively. For a full range of advertising sponsorship opportunities contact our commercial team today.
